Microsoft launches Surface book and the Surface Pro 4:

Since the dawn of the age of Operating Systems the name Microsoft has been at the very top of the industry. The 41 year old company has dominated the software market as well as the Operating System market.

Since the Microsoft has witnessed so much success in the software world and the Operating System world, they had the ambition to cover the hardware markets also. They made their intents clear about setting a firm foot on the hardware market by acquiring the mobile phone manufacturing company the Nokia.

After acquiring Nokia Microsoft opted to continue with the already running franchise of mobile phones under the name of Lumia rather than going with something more of their own brand.

Microsoft however started their own franchise in the name of Surface devices. But the growth for the first two and a half years were slow, but when the Surface Pro 3 came out it actually picked up in the market in a couple of months of its release. This boost restored the faith of Microsoft in the Surface series. The Surface Pro 4 has been called the answer of the many fans that were eagerly waiting for the Surface series. The Surface Pro 4 will launch with a big 12.3 inches for the screen. Looking under the hood we will find that the Surface Pro 4 sports RAM options from 4 GB to 16 GB. The processor also comes out for the users to choose between the Core M3, the Core i5 and the Core i7. The internal storage also varies from 128 GB of SSD to 1 TB of SSD.

The Surface Book can be used as a laptop as well as a tablet. The screen of the Surface Book will be of 13.5 inches, the RAM options for the first ever laptop of Microsoft are 8 GB and 16 GB, and the internal storage varies from 128 GB up to 1 TB just like the Surface Pro 4. The Surface Book supports the Core i5 and the Core i7 processors.
