Samsung Galaxy A9 Launched – Next Generation Specs at a Cheap Price

Samsung Galaxy A9, the newest addition to the phablet range of the Korean company, was formally launched.

There has been a lot of news about the Samsung Galaxy A9 in recent months. Now, after many rumors, the Korean company announces, finally, the long awaited phone. As people on Android Authority write, we do not have currently access to the full list of specifications. We know, however, that we are dealing with a device with a 6-inch screen that supports Full HD resolution. Benith the display is hiding, apparently, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor, together with 3GB RAM.

In terms of data storage, the new phablet comes with no less than 32GB as base model, to which you can add up to 128 GB through microSD card slot. The camera, most likely, is not as powerful as the one on the Samsung Galaxy S6, with only 13 megapixels. On the other side, the sensor on the front camera is a bit better, having eight megapixles, for flawless selfies.

Apparently, you will not have to worry about autonomy. The phone will have a 4,000 mAh battery capacity, which will also support the Quick Charge technology developed by Qualcomm, for a quick energy boost on the device. Also, the Home button will have a fingerprint sensor integrated, so you can use Samsung Pay, the mobile payments system developed by the Korean company. Although Samsung Galaxy A9 was officially launched, we have no information about the price and availability of the device so far.
