In today’s day and age, the markets are all about the innovation of one’s products and services. Samsung has been one name which has done it quite well in the realm of Android technology. Samsung’s basic marketing idea was to do a ‘carpet bombing’ on the markets, which would allow them to come out with several different phones at various price points, and with various features. No matter what your affordability might be, or no matter what feature you are looking for, Samsung will probably have a price-feature combo for you in some form or the other. This is what adds to Samsung’s wide scale appeal.

The company has recently registered 15% profits for the fourth quarter of 2015, and is looking forward towards increasing it this year. Their plan of action revolves around their two major releases in the year ahead – the Samsung Galaxy S7 phone, and the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 which acts as a parallel flagship for them.

In latest details, the screen-size for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge have been leaked over posts in popular Chinese social network, Weibo. Weibo has, over time, been an accurate source of information over various releases, and the reports are taken quite seriously in the world of technology, even if they are unannounced. Two contradicting reports have popped up which you can read HERE and HEREGalaxy_S6_Edge

While one of them comments that the Samsung Galaxy S7 will release in the markets featuring a screen of 5.1 inches, and a 5.5 inched variant with featuring the curved display will also be launched, there is this other report which claims that the phone will actually come out with 5.2 inched screens.

As of this moment there have been no official announcements. It is widely expected that the phone will release with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, which was ‘rumored’ to be a Samsung Exclusive, however, LeTV has been the first to capitalize on this technology, and Xiaomi will soon be releasing their latest flagship which runs on the same chip.

We advice our readers to take these rumors with a pinch of salt as they are unconfirmed news sources, proven accurate in the past, but conflicting in nature. The Samsung Galaxy S7 has been a particularly awaited device in the markets. What are your views and opinions on the same? Are you, too, awaiting the release of this gen-next Samsung flagship?
