Although we’re less than six months away from the launch of a brand new FIFA game, the older FIFA 22 still remains comfortably high in the ranks. Gamers are generally satisfied with what the game brings.

Update 9 makes FIFA 22 even more exciting than before, and it’s enough to take a look at the patch notes to become convinced of that!

Update 9 for FIFA 22 came out on 13 April

GiveMeSport.com reveals to us the release date for Update 9 of FIFA 22, along with its patch notes. It already made FIFA 22 fans happy after it came out on April 13.

For the gameplay area, the issue when the goalkeeper wasn’t dropping the ball when requested by the player has been fixed.

A few issues from the FIFA Ultimate Team had been addressed as well. For instance, before the update came, there wasn’t a correct showcase of the match lobby Ping indicator.

How about when some Badge items were showing a placeholder image in an incorrect way? That issue was fixed as well.

Russian teams were kicked out of all competitions

The Russian National Teams as well as any Russian clubs aren’t available anymore in any competition when the player tries to start a new save.

Don’t know much about FIFA 22 already? Here’s what its official Steam page has to say:

Powered by Football™, EA SPORTS™ FIFA 22 brings the game even closer to the real thing with fundamental gameplay advances and a new season of innovation across every mode.

Unsurprisingly, FIFA 23 promises even more exciting action and gameplay than its predecessor. It will be interesting to see who will appear on the front cover of the upcoming game. The veterans Ronaldo and Messi will be left aside, most likely, without any disrespect intended for those huge footballers.
