Even though it’s been only a couple of months since Samsung launched the highly popular Galaxy Note 9, the South Korean based tech giant is already “cooking up” another device. The new smartphone is currently being dubbed as Galaxy P30 and A6S since Samsung has yet to confirm its official name and rumor has it that it will fit in the high-budget range.
Samsung Galaxy P30 / Samsung A6S
News of this smartphone first came out a couple of weeks ago when Samsung started hinting that a new smartphone is in the works. Fortunately for us and other smartphone fans, Samsung decided to get the new smartphone approved by TENAA and this means that we can take a sneak peek at its hardware specs months before Samsung chooses to reveal it officially.
TENAA Certification Document
For those unfamiliar with TENAA, all smartphone companies that want to launch a new device in the Chinese market need to get it certified by TENAA. This leads us to believe that the new Samsung smartphone is ready to hit the market sooner than expected. Without any further ado, let’s check out the specs that this smartphone will have to offer.
Leaked Hardware Specs
In typical Samsung fashion, the new device will ship with a massive 5.99-inch display. Furthermore, the screen will feature a pixel resolution of 2160 x 1080. Leaving the display aside, Samsung has equipped the new smartphone with an octa-core processor that clocks at 2.2GHz, but not just that, but the processor is also paired with 6GB of RAM and a 3,300 mAh battery.
All Samsung smartphones are renowned for their high-end cameras and Galaxy P30 / A6S is not an exception to that rule. This device will ship with a 5MP selfie shooter and a 12MP + 2MP rear mounted camera-setup.
