Anthem is one of the most highly anticipated games of this year and EA has dropped a new trailer for it. The trailer is short, but it does give us a glimpse of what’s to come. In fact, this is the first teaser that focuses on the people behind the big mech suits who will play an important role in the game’s lore. Anthem Release Date
Just like it is the case with any EA game, getting access to Anthem is a bit complicated. There are multiple versions of the game and they have different release dates and requirements to play. However, you don’t need to worry about this because we will explain everything that you need to know about when you can start playing the new game.
- Anthem VIP DEMO
The first version of the game that will be released is called Anthem VIP DEMO (shown in the video teaser). The demo launches on January 25th and it can be played on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The requirements to get in the demo are to pre-order the game or get EA Access or Origin Access subscription.
- Anthem OPEN DEMO
The second version of the game is still a demo and it’s going to be released on February 1st for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Unlike the VIP demo, this demo doesn’t have any requirements.
- Anthem Early Access (Full Game)
Everyone who has an Origin Access Premier subscription will be able to get early access to Anthem on February 15th. Unfortunately, this version of the game is only available to PC players.
- Anthem Official Release Date
Now, for the last and public version of the game the release date is scheduled on February 22nd. Therefore, this is the date when most people are going to start playing the game.
