Even though Samsung announced its next-gen Galaxy S10 flagship only one week ago, the South Korean based tech giant is already looking to introduce a slew of new smartphones to the market. Samsung is dominating the high-end market when it comes to smartphones, but from the looks of it, this isn’t enough for Samsung. The reason why we are saying this is because the official hardware specs of a new Samsung smartphone called Galaxy A60 have been leaked.
The leaked hardware specs don’t only show us what kind of performances Galaxy A60 will have to offer, but also that Samsung is getting ready to launch it in the upcoming future and that it has finished designing it. With that said, let’s see what specs Samsung’s new smartphone features.
Massive Super AMOLED Display
The smartphone is surely going to fit in the mid-range market because otherwise, it would compete against Samsung’s Galaxy S10. However, Samsung has a different idea of what kind of specs mid-range smartphones should offer and this is why it equipped Galaxy A60 with a massive 6.7-inches FHD+ Super AMOLED display that offers a 1080 x 2340 pixel resolution. To make things even better, the smartphone’s display uses the sleek looking Infinity-U design.
Under the Hood
The smartphone is going to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6150 chipset that is paired with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage space. Not only that, but the smartphone will also be fueled by a rather large 4,500 mAh battery.
Moreover, the smartphone is going to run on Google’s latest Android 9.0 Pie operating system. We should mention that since Samsung has decided to equip Galaxy A60 with a Snapdragon CPU and not an Exynos, then this leads us to believe that Galaxy A60 will launch in the US.
