Huawei announced Mate 20 Pro earlier today and one of the biggest highlights of the reveal event was the special Porsche edition of the flagship smartphone. The reason Huawei teamed up with Porsche is so that it can create a better looking and much more expensive version of the standard Mate 20 Pro. Nonetheless, let’s check out what makes this smartphone’s design stand out so much.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro Porsche Design
There aren’t that many smartphones that can pull off leather and it looks like Mate 20 Pro is an exception to that rule. The new smartphone looks incredible and the sleek design that Porsche used on the rear side makes the quad camera setup shine, as seen in the picture above.
There will be two color models of Mate 20 Pro alongside the special Porsche Edition. One of the models is black and another one is red on black model which will ship exclusively to China. We don’t know if Huawei plans to launch this special color model in the US as well, but we think that is going to happen during the upcoming months.
Hardware Specs Overview
Since we are talking about Mate 20 Pro, let’s take a better look at the high-end specs that this flagship smartphone has to offer. The first thing we need to mention about Mate 20 Pro is that it will ship with a massive 6.39-inches display that uses AMOLED technology which puts out a pixel resolution of 1440 x 3120.
Leaving the premium display aside, Mate 20 Pro impresses us even further with its octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 980 processor that clocks at 2.6GHz. The powerful mobile processor is also paired with a Mali-G76 MP10 graphics processing unit and 6GB of RAM alongside 128GB of internal storage space which can go up to 256GB via microSD.
