Huawei announced that its next-generation P30 flagship smartphones are scheduled to launch next month in Paris. However, the Chinese based tech giant didn’t want to reveal too many details about the upcoming smartphones in order to get people talking about them.
Fortunately, we got lucky and the press renders for Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro have been leaked online. With that said, today we are going to take a closer look at the leaked press renders and see what kind of features we can spot.
Full-Screen Design
The first thing that stands out when we look at the leaked press renders is that the two Huawei P30 smartphones feature a full-screen design. This trend was started back in 2017 by Apple when it launched iPhone X and from the looks of it, Huawei has improved the design by shaping the top-notch to look like a water drop.
Four Camera Setup
Smartphones are becoming more camera-centric every and no one can deny that. Therefore, the new Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro will both feature a four camera setup that is mounted on the back.
The interesting thing about the two camera setups is that they both feature 10x hybrid zoom photo lens which are paired to a 5X zoom.
Not only that but, Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro also expected to feature ToF (time of flight) camera technology that will enable the two smartphones to feature facial recognition software.
OLED Technology and Powerful CPU
The last thing that we want to mention about Huawei’s new smartphones is that they both use OLED display technology. This is great news for Huawei fans since OLED displays offer the best color and they also don’t drain the battery. In addition, both smartphones will be powered by Huawei’s in-house Kirin 980 chipset.
