Apple was expected to introduce iPhone SE 2 alongside the iPhone 11 lineup in September, but this didn’t happen. The reason why Apple decided to keep iPhone SE 2 behind the curtains is because it knows that there is a high demand for “budget” iPhone and it wants to reveal the device during its own event.

Ming-Chi Kuo is a reputable analyst who somehow always manages to predict Apple’s every move and he has released a new report that is claiming iPhone SE 2 and Apple Glasses are launching in 2020.

iPhone SE 2 to Arrive in 2020

The biggest highlight from Ming-Chi Kuo’s report is that iPhone SE 2 is going to be launched in 2020. The analyst also pointed out the fact that Apple is looking at an early release for iPhone SE 2 and that we should expect the device to arrive in the first quarter of the year, more exactly in March.

Apple Glasses

The second product that the Cupertino based tech giant is expected to reveal in the first quarter of 2020 is the Apple Glasses. These are AR (augmented reality) enabled glasses that will act as a headset. Apple doesn’t want to reveal any details about the new AR headset other than the fact that it is currently adding the finishing touches.

New iPad Pro

Ming-Chi Kuo has also noted that Apple will launch a new iPad Pro in the first quarter of the year. The new tablet will ship with rear-facing 3D ToF (time-of-flight) enabled camera sensor that will add more depth-of-field to photos. Not just that, but the ToF sensor can also be used for augmented reality features.

Final Words

While the predictions made by the renowned analyst are exciting, we have to mention that they are still predictions. This is why we are advising everyone to take it all with a grain of salt because Apple can always change the launch timetable for its upcoming products.
