Verizon has decided to remove Pixel 2 from its list of available smartphones. At first, people started thinking that this might be a bug and that the smartphone will be listed once again, but this never happened. The interesting thing about this is that Verizon didn’t want to make any statements when asked about the Pixel 2 issue and this leads us to believe that Verizon is getting ready for Pixel 3 to launch.

Verizon is Getting Ready for Pixel 3

Verizon is one of the biggest network carriers in the US and many people purchase their smartphones from its shops. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that Verizon is going to be among the first companies to get their hands on the new Pixel 3 once the smartphone becomes available for purchase.

Pixel 3 Launch Date

We should also mention that Pixel 3 is only a couple of days away from being officially revealed. The internet has been buzzing with leaks and rumors about Pixel 3, but we are finally going to see the Android flagship smartphone in its full glory on October 9th when Google is scheduled to host a big event.

Notable Specs

Since we are talking about Pixel 3, let’s check out some of the smartphone’s key hardware specs in order to get an idea of why Android fans are so excited about it.

The first thing we need to go over is the fact that Pixel 3 is equipped with a massive 5.4-inches display that uses Super AMOLED technology which puts out a pixel resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a pixel density of 447 ppi.

Leaving the display technology aside, Pixel 3 will be a true powerhouse because it’s fueled by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 845. This is an octa-core CPU that clocks at 2.8GHz and it ships bundled with 6GB RAM and an Adreno 630 GPU.
