Xbox One Gets a New Free Game

If you own an Xbox One, then we have some awesome news for you. Microsoft has decided to give all Xbox One fans a gift this week and it comes in the form of a game. The game in question is Crackdown 2 and everyone who owns an Xbox One can download it for free. We should also mention that Crackdown 2 can be played on Xbox 360.

This is not the first time that Microsoft gives out a free game, but it is the first time that Microsoft gives a free game to all Xbox One owners. Usually, the only Xbox One users who get to access Microsoft’s free games are the ones who pay for the Xbox Live Gold monthly subscription.

Nonetheless, Microsoft’s own Larry Hyrb is the one who announced that Crackdown 2 has been introduced in the Backwards Compatibility program and that it can be downloaded for free.

In addition, this doesn’t seem to be a limited-time deal because Microsoft has yet to announce a timer. Therefore, we believe that Crackdown 2 is going to be available for free for the upcoming months.
