Today we have some amazing news for OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T users. The two smartphones are finally scheduled to receive Google’s latest Android Pie operating system. OnePlus announced that this major operating system update is going to be rolled out OTA (over the air) and therefore, we advise all OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T owners to keep a close eye on their notifications panel.

The update is being rolled out systematically which means that only a couple thousands of OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T devices are going to receive it every day. However, OnePlus promised that all OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T devices will run on Android Pie during the upcoming days. With that being said, let’s check out what are the features that the new update introduces.

Wrapping Things Up
As we can clearly see, OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T users are in for a treat this week. The new operating system update is going to introduce lots of new features that are going to take the user experience of their smartphones to the next level.
This is the perfect Christmas gift from OnePlus and we think it’s safe to say that all OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T users should make sure to get the new update as soon as they can.
Not just that, but also to make sure that their smartphone’s battery level is at least 50% so that the device doesn’t shut down in the middle of the updating process.
