The public version of iOS 13 is scheduled to launch this Fall but this doesn’t mean that there is no other way for iPhone users to access the new operating system ahead of time. Apple has recently published the third beta version of iOS 13 and all iPhone users who want to be ahead of the curve and get a “taste” of what’s to come from the new operating system can download and install it right now. Therefore, today we are going to present an installation guide for iOS 13 Beta.

Supported iPhones

The first thing that iPhone users need to verify is to see if their daily carrier supports the latest beta version of iOS 13. Here are all the supported iPhones:

  1. iPhone XS;
  2. iPhone XS Max;
  3. iPhone XR;
  4. iPhone X;
  5. iPhone 8;
  6. iPhone 8 Plus;
  7. iPhone 7;
  8. iPhone 7 Plus;
  9. iPhone 6s;
  10. iPhone 6s Plus;
  11. iPhone SE;
  12. iPod Touch (Seventh Generation).

How to Install iOS 13 Public Beta

Now that we have presented the supported iPhones, let’s go ahead and check out what are the steps that all iPhone users need to follow in order to install iOS 13. Without any further ado, let’s jump right into it.

  • Access Apple’s Beta Software Program from your iPhone;
  • If you already have a beta account choose “Sign In”, if not, create an account with the “Sign Up” option;
  • Pick the “Enroll Your Devices” option;
  • Apple is now going to advise all iPhone users to perform a backup using iTunes and while this is not recommended, it’s definitely highly recommended;
  • Scroll down the page to the “Install Profile” section and then pick “Download Profile”;
  • Apple is going to give you Authorization;
  • Now you open the Settings panel on your iPhone and tap on the message that says your profile is ready to be installed;
  • The iPhone will automatically restart in order to finish the iOS 13 installation process;
  • All that is left is to head over to Settings – General – Software Update and check to see if the iPhone is running on iOS 13.
