Galaxy S10 is going to launch in February of next year. However, this doesn’t mean that we have to wait until then in order to get a glimpse of what Samsung’s next-generation flagship device is going to look like. Since Samsung is the biggest tech manufacturer in the world and Galaxy S10 is the most highly anticipated smartphone of 2019, then it should come no surprise that the internet is buzzing with leaks that showcase Galaxy S10’s design. However, a brand-new leak surfaced today on the web and it confirms that Galaxy S10 will ship with a feature that iPhones don’t have.
Case Manufacturer Leak
The first thing that we need to mention about this latest Galaxy S10 leak is that it comes from a case manufacturer which is a business partner of Samsung. Therefore, we believe that the leak is as real as it gets.
Not just that, but the leaked picture of Galaxy S10 also goes hand in hand with the fact that Samsung is planning to equip Galaxy S10 with a new punch-hole display. Nonetheless, let’s check out the feature that Galaxy S10 will have and iPhones won’t.
3.5mm Headphone Jack
The feature that stands out the most in this latest leak is the 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom side. Samsung is one of the few companies that have yet to ditch the headphone jack and it looks like Galaxy S10 will feature it as well. The headphone jack is becoming more of a luxury feature nowadays.
Truth be told, this isn’t a groundbreaking feature and it’s not going to give Galaxy S10 the upper hand over the next-generation of iPhones. Although, it does show that Samsung cares about its customers and that it doesn’t want to force changes such as removing the classic headphone jack only to keep up with Apple.
