A newly leaked press render of LG G8 ThinQ has surfaced on the web and we have to admit, 2019 is looking to be a great year for LG fans. The new press render of LG G8 ThinQ was leaked on Twitter by “OnLeaks” and it’s as real as it can get. The reason why we are so confident in this press render is because Ken Hong who is LG’s head of global corporate communications has asked Twitter to take down the leaked picture. Therefore, Ken Hong has confirmed that the picture (featured above) is real.

LG G8 ThinQ – Leaked Press Render

LG G8 ThinQ is going to be LG’s flagship smartphone in 2019 and therefore, the South Korean based tech giant will equip the smartphone with the most powerful hardware parts that it can get its “hands” on. Nonetheless, the feature that stands out the most when looking at the leaked press render is the smartphone’s top-notch design.

Apple innovated the smartphone industry back in 2017 when it launched iPhone X with a full-screen design and from the looks of it, LG is going to follow the trend started by Apple. Additionally, LG G8 ThinQ will feature a dual camera-setup and a fingerprint scanner that is mounted on the rear side.

Rumored Specs

Since LG G8 ThinQ has yet to be officially announced, we don’t have any official information about the smartphone’s hardware specs. Although, rumors are pointing towards the fact that LG has equipped LG G8 ThinQ with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 855 CPU that is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage space. The storage space is probably expandable via a microSD card.

Conclusion

The leaked press render shows us that LG G8 ThinQ will feature a premium design. Let’s hope that LG G8 ThinQ does decide to officially reveal the smartphone now so that we can see it in ts full glory, especially since the press render is already leaked.
