LG promised that it’s going to launch a brand-new flagship smartphone during the upcoming months. The device is dubbed as Q9 and it will start a new Q-series which is LG’s version of Samsung’s Galaxy S series. Nonetheless, the smartphone first appeared on the web back in September when its specs were leaked, but now, an official press render of LG Q9 has popped up on the web.

LG Q9 Leaked Press Render

We need to mention right from the start that the leaked press render looks amazing. LG Q9 is similar to Apple’s iPhone XS when it comes to design and some might even confuse the two, especially since LG Q9’s physical buttons are placed in the same way as on iPhone XS.

LG Q9 looks great and the full-screen design makes the smartphone perfect for people who enjoy watching videos. The only downside about the design is that just like iPhone XS, it ships with a display top-notch.

Hardware Specs

According to previous leaks, LG Q9 will feature a 6.1-inches display that uses Full HD+ technology. Moving on, LG Q9 will ship with 4GB of RAM and it will be available in the 32GB and 64GB of internal storage space models. LG Q9 is quite impressive when it comes to hardware power because it’s expected to be fueled by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 AIE processor which will be paired with a 3,550 mAh battery.

Expected Launch Date

Even though LG has yet to announce the official launch date of the upcoming smartphone, rumor has it that LG Q9 is scheduled to launch later this month (November). Let’s hope this proves to be true because if not, LG Q9 will have a tough time competing against the flagship offerings that Samsung and Apple are planning to launch in 2018.
