Sniper Elite 5 comes out in just a few days. On May 26, the newest iteration of Rebellion’s tactical stealth game series releases to show Karl Fairburne’s adventures in France. As you already know about the drill, the Nazis are the bad guys once again, and it’s only up to YOU to help Fairburne hunt them down one by one!

Sniper Elite 5 brings some exciting new stuff for the gamers to enjoy. The kill-cam has been improved, the atmosphere looks more tensed and sinister than ever, and Fairburne will have to once again aim as best as he can. In many situations, he can’t afford to miss, as any miss could allow the opponent to make an extra move.

You can buy the game from Steam for 49.99 euros, where it is described as follows:

“The latest instalment in the award-winning series, Sniper Elite 5 offers unparalleled sniping, tactical third-person combat and an enhanced kill cam. Fight your way across the most immersive maps yet, with many real-world locations captured in stunning detail, and an improved traversal system that lets you explore more of them than ever before.”

This time, the location of the game is set in France, and the action will take place in 1944. As you’ve already guessed, the game once again shows the horrors of the Second World War.

Sniper Elite 4, meaning the previous game of the series, was launched five years ago, in 2017. Sniper Elite 3 came out in 2014. Sniper Elite V2 was released in 2012. The very first Sniper Elite game was released in 2005. Therefore, the wait for Sniper Elite 5 was unusually long for the fans of the series. But judging by the trailers, it will be worth the wait!

Sniper Elite 5 will be available for Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/Series S, and Windows PC.
