If you are excited about Bethesda’s upcoming The Elder Scrolls 6, then we have something that might “scratch that itch” for you. Bethesda has announced that its brand-new mobile game called Blades which was showcased last year during E3 is now available in Early Access. Bethesda has started sending email invitations to fans yesterday and more and more people are reporting that they can test the Early Access version of the game.

We know that Blades is not The Elder Scrolls title that you all have been waiting for. However, this is still a game that takes place in The Elder Scrolls universe and it’s a great way to have fun on a smartphone.
Just like the PC and console games from The Elder Scrolls franchise, Blades offers real-time combat, a dungeon exploration system and to make things even better, a city-building feature.
How to Join the Game
“We’re inviting players into Early Access on a rolling basis. Keep an eye on your email for the invite—and update your email preferences to make sure that we can reach you! We are doing our best to get everyone who signed up for Early Access into the game as quickly as possible,” said Bethesda in a FAQ that was posted recently.
From the looks of it, the only way to get access to Blades is to receive an email from Bethesda. On the bright side of things, the game is available for both Android and iOS which increases the changes for people to receive invites.
Progress Will Carry Over!
The most important thing that Bethesda announced in the recent FAQ is that all the progress that players make in the Early Access of Blades will carry on in the final game when it finally launches.
